Jessica Kelly

So, we've been home from the hospital for a week now, and we are loving life! Grandma Martin left a couple days ago, and Grandma Bennett is on her way this weekend. Above is a picture of Jessica's first trip to the beach. We layed on the grass while Daddy went for a run. She loved being out and about. Our sneaky little girl. Daddy loves his beautiful baby. It has been so fun to see how cute Hank is with Jessica. She already has him wrapped around her little finger! We forgot to put a few details on our first post. Jessica weighed 5 lb 14 oz when she was born and was 18 inches long. At our pediatrician checkup yesterday she already weighed 6 lb 10 oz. She's getting so big!

Our Newest Addition!

Hi everyone! - We just wanted to introduce you to the newest member of the Tolman Family, Jessica Kelly Tolman. Jessica was born on October 12th 2008 at 3:58 pm. Danica woke up that Sunday morning to find that her water had broken. We called the doctor and he said to go into the hospital to get checked out. Right after she was born, the nurses gave Jessica to her mom to be held. Soon after, they realized that her nice purple color wasn't going a

My week "off"

I have officially been a stay-at-home "mom" for one week. And I love it! What a wonderful, busy week it's been: Thursday - Knitting group in the morning and Date Night. We decided on the very exciting date of BBQ take out and watching the vice presidential debate. Sadly, I got food poisoning from our dinner and was up all night. Friday - Ward play group in the morning (I have to get to know some moms now). Then I had an FRG meeting in the afternoon. I am now one of the heads of the Battalion Family Readiness Group. That means that I plan activities for the entire DLI. It's a big job that I am hugely underqualified for. I had a meeting with the battalion Commander (head hancho at DLI) to plan our first big activity. Then I had a very successful Cookie Lee show hosted by my good friend Jaime Zuniga. We had a great turnout and made about $500. Plus I got one new booking and two potential recruits! Click here to check out the catalog. After the show I drove
